Style
Original design, it has a slight Alien ware type of look which i like, and the colors create good kontrast to the dark grey color-scheme to bring out points of interest, i would seriously reconsider some of your text colors tho, they need to contrast the background much more to improve readability

Technical aspects

The design is heavy on skewed buttons and image graphic's which takes a lot of time to style and is harder to make dynamic to fit various situations,

if you looking for inspiration in terms of easy to style skins i highly suggest taking a look at the twitter bootstrap which displays what can be done in a browser with full IE support

Usability
There is a lot going on, on this page.
I would split this up into multiple pages, fx. the video tutorial section could easily exist on a page of it's own, which would make it simpler, give you SEO improvements, and allow for you yo go more in debts with something that is likely to be a big point of interest

Lastly
I asume this is the index/home page of the site, optimally the homepage should just be a gate to the rest of the site, so keep it nice and simple.

showing to much information on one page will confuse your newer visitors and make your site apear much more complex than it actually is

ps. I haven't written a review before so let me know if it is total bull i tried to be as constructive as i could, also i based this review on 4 years of experience as a web-developer <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
